To make any change or return, the garment must be unworn and unwashed, it must also have the tags and be in its original packaging.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a few days.
The price of the shipment is not refundable.
