Exchange and Return Policy

To ensure good organization of courses and small groups, we accept date changes or refunds up to 7 days before the start of the course .

Once this deadline has passed, no refunds or changes will be made, as places are limited and the teaching staff organizes themselves in advance.

Failure to attend one or more sessions does not entitle you to a refund or to make up the classes.

In the case of the open classroom , reservations can be modified up to 24 hours before the session.

In the exceptional case that Lantoki has to cancel a class or course, the student will be offered the option of:
– refund of the amount paid, or
– change of date for the same course or another equivalent activity.

Lantoki reserves the right to modify schedules, dates or teachers due to organizational reasons or force majeure, always guaranteeing the correct execution of the course.
