First send us an email saying that you want to make a change or return (within these 7 days!)
To make any change or return, the garment must be unworn and unwashed, it must also have the tags and be in its original packaging.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a few days.
The price of the shipment is not refundable.

Si no estás satisfecho con tu compra, tienes 7 días para procesar un cambio o devolución.
Primero envíanos un email comentando que quieres hacer un cambio o devolución (dentro de estos 7 días!)
Para realizar cualquier cambio o devolución, la prenda debe estar sin usar y sin lavar, también debe tener las etiquetas y estar en su embalaje original.
Debes considerar usar un servicio de envío rastreable o comprar un seguro de envío. No garantizamos que recibiremos su artículo devuelto.
El coste del envío de devolución, corre por cuenta del cliente.
Una vez que se reciba y se revise su devolución, te enviaremos un correo electrónico para notificarte que hemos recibido tu artículo devuelto. También te notificaremos sobre la aprobación o el rechazo de tu reembolso.
Si se aprueba, tu reembolso se procesará y se aplicará un crédito automáticamente a tu tarjeta de crédito o método de pago original, dentro de unos días.
El precio del envío no es reembolsable.
