Merchant and Mills - The Shepherd Sewing Pattern (UK, 6-18)

A pleated A-line skirt with slanted pockets, side button fastening and pleats for volume. Soft and loose in linen, or elegant and durable in cotton twill. Can be made with or without lining. All seam allowances are 1.5cm unless otherwise stated. Skill level: intermediate. Fabric suggestions: linen, cotton poplin, cotton gauze, sanded cotton twill, hemp blends, tencel/linen, sewing cord, 4-8 oz denim, lightweight wool, Indian looms (if narrow you may need to cut). ** Please note that we have now changed pattern printers. Our patterns are now printed in Europe, the pattern paper is 70gsm white (FSC® certified) and is manufactured just 180km away from the printers. Our instructions now come in booklet format instead of A3 sheets. The paper is PEFC/01-31-126 certified.
